Select payment in advance if you do not want to or cannot transfer the invoice amount using one of the other online payment options. Maybe you don't have access to your PIN/TAN at the moment, or you don't like money transactions over the Internet. Nevertheless, you can easily order immediately and transfer the amount within five days to the account specified in the confirmation e-mail. Please do not forget to state the order number and customer number so that we can securely allocate your payment.

We will process your order as soon as we can determine that the money has been received. In some cases it takes two business days for the funds to be transferred from your bank to our account.

PayPal

PayPal is a well-known international online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily, quickly and free of charge in online shops.

PayPal is safe: Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. That is why they are not resent over the Internet every time you make an online purchase. The payment will either be debited from the stored credit card or from your account by direct debit.

PayPal is easy: you pay with two clicks. Because you access your bank or credit card details stored with PayPal instead of re-entering them with every purchase.

PayPal is fast: The seller receives a confirmation from PayPal immediately after payment and can send the goods to you quickly.

Cash on pickup

Do you live nearby and want to use your ordered goods immediately? No problem. Tell us your desired date and pick up your order directly from us on site. You can then pay the bill directly upon collection.

Your order will be processed as soon as possible after receipt.

However, we ask for your attention:

Since we only do this as a sideline, it is not possible for us to ship orders the next day. The parts are mainly made on Friday evenings and Saturdays. Due to the full-time job, it also happens that no orders can be processed for several days in a row.

A delivery time of 3 - 4 weeks is ALWAYS to be expected.

We deliver to your home address (billing address) or to a different delivery address (e.g. your place of work, hotel address, address of friends, acquaintances, packing station).

Unless otherwise stated, shipping will take place within 3 to 4 weeks after your order if your delivery address is correct and the receipt of money has been registered in the case of payment in advance.

Orders will only be processed AFTER payment has been received.

delivery costs

The shipping costs are a one-time fee of €4.99 for shipping via DHL Paket within Germany with insurance and a tracking number, no matter how much you order. If you make use of your statutory right of withdrawal, you have to bear the shipping costs in the same amount as they are incurred by the shipping company you have chosen.

We also deliver abroad.

For deliveries abroad, you can choose between DHL package and goods mail Premium. Both come with insurance and tracking number. The shipping costs stored in the ordering process will be charged for this.

delivery

Your delivery will be delivered by DHL package directly to your home or to your specified address. Please note the instructions from DHL. Accordingly, the standard delivery time can be between 2 and 5 working days. Our packaging is generally delivered by dropping it in the mailbox. If it is not possible to drop an order and you cannot be found, your package will be stored in a post office near you for seven working days after the first delivery attempt.
